Our team draws frequently on our extended support services to provide the foundation for a great experience. We work with our long-term, well-established suppliers to continually improve quality and responsiveness. The use of specialized supplier managers, large stock shipments, and in-house material reserves help maintain the lowest possible costs. Our stock tubing inventory ranges from 1" OD 18 GA through 10" OD 16 GA. If by chance, we don't have the material in stock, our network of local distributors can normally supply it within days. Further, our in-house machine shop houses the latest technology in machining and our staff of tool designers is ready to develop the tools and fixtures needed to produce your product. Our capabilities and team allow us to quickly make and deliver your product.
Our product engineers are ready to work with your designers, providing input to help design the lowest cost tubular solution to meet your particular application needs. PPAP approvals are provided by our quality engineers and contain detailed analysis to meet your requested submission levels. Our buyer planners will adapt our in house scheduling systems to meet your required delivery dates or special service needs, such as just in-time deliveries or kitting programs.
