At H-P Products, we are committed to developing our people and processes to ensure the highest levels of customer service and conformance to quality expectations. Through research and development, we will continue to initiate new processes and techniques to enhance your product quality and to minimize your costs. Some of the metrics we use to measure our success include order accuracy rates, on-time delivery rates, and defect rates in parts per million (PPM). In fact, we recently won a supplier award from a major chassis supplier by achieving 97%+ on-time delivery rate, less than 1,000 PPM, paperwork accuracy of 99%+, and no recalls.
Our in-house ability to manufacture tooling and fixtures along with our state of the art metrology lab for supplying testing and measurement data are only two of the resources we employ in assisting you in introducing new products to market quickly and successfully. An example of this commitment is our Advanced Product Quality Planning process. APQP is a system designed to ensure the management of activities during concept development, prototype, and production. H-P's Advanced Product Quality Planning system is both flexible enough to allow rapid prototyping, yet detailed enough to deliver PPAP's, FMEA's and Process Control Plans when required.
