At H-P Custom Tubular Fabrications, we have specialized in solving problems with tubular fabrications since 1948. With manufacturing facilities totaling in excess of 250,000 square feet, we serve customers throughout North America and provide tubular solutions for many of today's most technically challenging applications.
We serve a variety of industries including OEM manufacturers of Heavy Duty Trucks and Chassis, as well as HVAC, Off Highway, and Industrial Equipment. Our primary focus is on the manufacture of multi-bend, multi-plane fabrications with custom end forming operations. We are particularly well suited for producing multiple configurations of parts in short or medium quantity production lots.
H-P Products' core competency is our bending technology. Our selection of tooling and machinery is second to none and offers over 1200 combinations of tube and pipe OD, wall thickness, and bend radius. Our capabilities range from 5/8" OD through 6" OD with CNC Bending and through 10" OD using rotary draw bending. We also offer Compression Bending for round, square, or rectangular tube.
Our downstream capabilities include welding, end forming, assembly, and special services. Our welding processes include MIG welding, TIG welding, brazing, robotic MIG welding, and spot welding. Typical end forms that we provide include: swaging, flaring, beading, expanding, facing, sizing, marmon ends, dimpling, punching, coping, and threading. Some of our special services include: metal treating, powder coating, e-coating, painting, chrome plating, and galvanizing.
